Deaerators

Ingehim installs our proprietary, highly effective patented internals into existing deaerators. Deaerators are designed to remove corrosion-causing gases and free carbon dioxide from make-up water. We can also supply deaerator shells equipped with our internals to customers.

All of our internals have passed industrial safety inspections and certifications. Declarations of conformity with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union have been issued for all Ingehim internal components.

Types and quantities of internals are typically determined by our specialists after conducting process calculations. These calculations are performed by our highly skilled engineers, who possess extensive hands-on experience in this field. Many of our engineers hold Ph.D. or D.Sc. degrees.

Ingehim has already gained experience in the reconstruction of deaerators. In 2012, our specialists carried out the reconstruction of the DSA-300/75 deaerator at JSC “TGK-16” – “Kazanskaya TEC-3” (Kazan, Russia) by implementing Ingehim internals. This reconstruction led to significant improvements in the deaerator’s engineering and economic performance.
