Ingehim provides columns equipped with proprietary in-house internals designed for distillation, extraction, and absorption processes.

 

We use our in-house patented, highly effective column internals, which are manufactured at our own production facility. All of our internals have passed industrial safety tests and certifications. Declarations of conformity with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union have been granted for all Ingehim internals.

Types and quantities of internals are typically determined by our specialists after conducting process calculations. The calculation and design of the apparatuses themselves are also performed by Ingehim specialists.

All work is carried out by our highly skilled engineers, who possess extensive hands-on experience in this field. Many of our engineers hold Ph.D. or D.Sc. degrees.

Calculations performed by our specialists are highly reliable, as we use state-of-the-art licensed software packages. We place great emphasis on the credibility and accuracy of our calculations and continuously validate the software by comparing the results with real data collected from operational equipment.

Today, columns featuring our proprietary in-house internals developed at Ingehim are used in numerous oil refining plants across Russia (see reference-list).
