Inspections of existing plants aimed at determining reserves for reducing energy consumptions

Ingehim conducts inspections of process flows at existing technological units and plants to identify potential reserves and develop proposals for reducing energy consumption. On-site inspections are performed by our highly trained specialists in collaboration with the customer. During these inspections, the following tasks will be completed:

• Inspections of industrial equipment, including columns, reactors, scrubbers, heat exchangers (preheaters and superheaters), pipelines, steam lines, and more.
• Inspections of power units, such as pumps, transformers, and other equipment.
• Acquisition and analysis of available documented data for material streams, etc.
• Acquisition of real data on flow rates of material streams to evaluate actual consumption of fuel and energy resources.
• Process calculations.

Inspections of industrial equipment are conducted using thermal imaging techniques. Clamp-on flow meters are employed to measure the flow rates of material streams.

All work is performed by our highly skilled engineers, who possess extensive hands-on experience and hold certifications authorizing them to conduct energy surveys. Many of our engineers also hold Ph.D. or D.Sc. degrees.

Calculations performed by our specialists are highly reliable, as we use state-of-the-art licensed software packages. We place great emphasis on the credibility and accuracy of our calculations and continuously validate the software by comparing the results with real data collected from operational equipment.

When the work is completed, the customer receives a technical report containing the results of our calculations of equipment, mass, and thermal balances for the technological units and plants, along with recommendations for reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency.

Optionally, we can provide the customer with our own in-house, highly efficient patented apparatus internals manufactured at our facility, along with supervised installation services. We also offer additional services related to the delivery of our equipment to the customer’s warehouse and provide consultation regarding the necessary equipment. All of our devices and apparatuses have passed industrial safety inspections and certifications. Declarations of Conformity with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union have been granted for all our products.
