Pilot testing of separation elements for gas separators at LLC “Gazpromneft-Orenburg”

At the associated petroleum gas treatment facility of the Kapitonovskoye field operated by LLC “Gazpromneft-Orenburg,” the separation elements manufactured by Ingehim for the gas separator GS-1 successfully passed pilot tests as part of the modernization efforts. Throughout the testing period, the gas separator maintained a stable operating regime, even during peak liquid discharges. The moisture content in the gas after the GS-1 decreased, liquid entrainment was reduced, and there were no emergency shutdowns of the compressor stations. Based on the test results, the separation elements produced by Ingehim have been recommended for use at facilities operated by LLC “Gazpromneft-Orenburg” as well as at other branches of PJSC “Gazprom Neft.”
