Inspections of existing plants aimed at determining reserves for reducing energy consumptions

Ingehim performs inspections of process flows at existing technological units and plants aimed at determining potential reserves and preparing proposals on reducing energy consumptions. On-site inspections are carried out by our highly-trained specialists jointly with the Customer. During inspections, the following types of works will be completed:

• inspections of industrial equipment such as columns, reactors, scrubbers, heat exchangers (preheaters and superheaters), pipelines, steam lines, etc.
• inspections of power units such as pumps, transformers, etc.
• acquisition and analysis of available documented data for material streams, etc.
• real data acquisition of flow rates of material streams for the purpose of evaluation of real consumptions of fuel and energy resources
• process calculations.

Inspections of industrial equipment are carried out through using thermal imaging techniques. For measuring flow rates of material streams, clamp-on flow meters are used.

All works are carried out by our highly skilled engineers with vast hands-on experience holding certificates granting permission for energy surveying works. Many of our engineers hold Ph.D. or D.Sc. degrees.

Calculations of our specialits have a very high credibility as state-of-the-art license software packages are used. We pay much attention to such things as credibility and accuracy of performed calculations and tend to constantly validate the used packages by comparing calculation results versus real data gathered from working equipment.

When the works are completed, the Customer receives a technical report holding results of our calculations of equipment, mass and thermal balances for the technological units and plants and recommendations on reducing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency.

Optionally, we can provide the Customer with our own in-house highly-efficient patented  apparatus internals manufactured at our manufacturing site, and our service in supervised installation of equipment. We also offer some additional services related to delivery of our equipment to the Customer’s warehouse and advising the Customer regarding what equipment is needed. All of our devices and apparatuses passed industrial safety and certification. Declarations of conformity with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union were granted to all of our products.
